What did you do to your bike today?

I stalled my new 2010 R1 500 miles outside hein gerkie (stalled going up a slope) lo it went down slow with me trying to hold it.. the r&g just scraped the ground no damage
It happen coz I was thinking about the new hot girl working in there! she came out and helped...shes a races the sv650s

2 days later some hot polish chick pulled out on me outside shome shops and i ripped her bumper off with the same r&g the bike just had a little scratch!

Fit the MiVV exhaust and PUIG screen to my GSX650F

The screen was a flipping ordeal!! Had to take the the clock/display out and all the interior plastics to get to the mounts... Also, one of the reasons I bought a decent/expensive screen was to make sure that it fit properly, ended up having to get my dad to file out the holes to get it to fit, I couldn't do it or watch.

Exhaust is nice though, looks miles better. Will get a decent picture sometime as it was dark by the time we finished.

Past couple of weeks.

zx12r: rear tyre front disc pads and K&N filters.

zzr1200: new front tyre.

Just tax on the zzr1200 and that's me done for this year hopefully :)

Everybody raves about the Summer but for me the temps recently for biking have been perfect. Had plenty of time out the last few days & feel lucky that I had the time to enjoy the weather & my bike.
Bike is to short a word, Should be "Giver of freedom & adrenalin mixed with some excitement & fresh air"

I dropped my bike turning round in a works entrance, went to put my foot down and didn't see the dip, lost my footing and the bike fell over, just couldn't hold it up .
because I had the forks turned it didn't fall on the endstop on the bars, so bend the bars and the brake lever, snapped the exhaust mounting strap also.
done about £60 damage and bashed my right knee so not a happy bunny at the mo

@shaken you can straighten the levers if you heat them up with a heatgun and use a ring spanner put over the lever and pull it into place, done it plenty times

its bent where it goes in to the master cylinder because it fell with the bars twisted.
got new bars and lever coming so should be back on the road by the weekend

Refurbed the brake calipers. Having a proper brake piston removal kit is a godsend! Especially with those blasted 6 pot Tokicos.

Looking forward to road testing tomorrow with nice new brakes :)

You can just put a bit of wood behind the pads and press the brake pedal to push the pistons out before you remove em, Other easier way is remove the Caliper and use an air line to force the pistons out.:p

Not when they are stuck to the seals you can't! Tried every other way to remove them a few weeks ago. Having the right tool always helps :)

Brakes now bled and working fine so far as I can tell. Time for the road test :)
