Replaced the regulator/rectifier. Who knew it could make such a difference to the running of the bike!

Just had my first 6000 mile service, cost me £160. Im due a new front tyre and front brake pads in a couple months aswell.

fitted a stainless allen bolt kit to my carbs, nice to get rid of the rusty n chewed up Phillip screws.

Really tempted. However, it's usually just the tips of my fingers and my toes that get cold. I usually ride 2-finger covering the levers, probably 60% of the time so probably won't help them
