What film did you watch last night?

watch harry potter 6 last night on blu ray went to see it at the cinema and still love watching them all now :)

I saw 'Law Abiding Citizen' on Saturday night and I was very impressed.

Wasn't what I was expecting but that's not a complaint.

My girlfriend loved it too which is a bonus.

I also watched the new Star Trek film on Thursday night, I've never been a 'Trekkie' so I took it as more of a sci-fi flick rather than a 'Star Trek' film if that makes sense.
I thought it was pretty entertaining but it wasn't ground-breaking. It certainly won't turn me into a trekkie on that film alone. :p

Hurt. Yet another movie seemingly created for the sole purpose of insulting the viewer's intelligence. Follows the standard revenge flick formula with some spectacularly unrealistic scenes, jaw-droppingly stupid characters and plot holes large enough to swallow the Murray-Darling basin.

The film initially showed promise with its metatext of pubescent erotica, polygamous sex and Freudian longings, but lacking proper development these elements became increasingly irrelevant and ultimately failed to satisfy.

Star Trek.

My sister bought it for me and first thought came into my head ..was this a mistake?(i hate star trek)
But i found it really enjoyable quite light hearted and funny at times with very good cgi imo and easy to watch so i recommend it to those of you who hate star trek basically! :)

Just finished watching Batman Begins on Bluray. Saw it at the cinema, I think, and on DVD but most enjoyable on Bluray. :)
Lost in translation.

A very enjoyable film.
Aye it is. Been years since I watched it. Was the first non-Ghostbusters film I saw Bill Murray in and it made me realise he actually could act! :)

Pity I can't really justify watching it seeing as I have Hot Fuzz Bluray, Platoon, The Pledge, Lewis series 3, Seven Samurai, half of Damages series 1 and all of Damages series 2, World at War, Training Day, Prizzi's Honour, Brokeback Mountain, last episode of Prime Suspect, Air Force One, Network, Edward Scissorhands, Pale Rider, and Witness to watch.:D

Just watched Transformers 2.

Pretty intense from start to finish, non-stop action. Megan Fox is cracking as ever. Didn't think it was as good as the first, it was trying too hard to be even more epic.

However, it was a good laugh for a couple of hours.

Just watched Transformers 2.

I assume I watched a different movie to everyone else. What I got was a steaming pile of fecal matter direct between the eyes while Michael Bay laughed and snorted another like of coke of Megan's toe thumb while thinking about which franchise to ruin next.

Seriousness now though, my main problem with the movie (one of several thousand) is that there is far too much time when there are no giant robots on screen. Oh also the retarded little "black" robots, whose idea was that? I need to know so I know whose name to write on the baseball bat I intend to bludgeon them to death with.
