What film did you watch last night?

Watch it ages ago for a media lesson in class, because it was school i never really paid much attention to it, watched it again last night with the GF what an amazing film it is :eek: very thought provoking for the content of the film :D
 
^^ It is a brilliant movie. I watched it last year for the second time in 10 years and it still had tremendous impact.
 
Lol, I also watched Into the Wild last night.

I thought on the whole it was a good film, however it did allow itself to wallow in it's own self righteousness a bit too often.
 
Robert Rodriguez is making Machete it looks like too :p

I also watched Planet Terror over the weekend... thought it was OK. Held quite a bit of promise to start with but never did anything with it to be honest.
Death Proof > Planet Terror for me. :)
 
Solomon kane.

A very average 5. Epic it ain't, the trailers make it look better than it is. The main problem with it for me was the main character, hard to grasp a sense awe about him or his past.. and as the film pretty much centers around the guy from the off, it was an issue for me. Nice scenes and sets though, it's well produced in places.

Got home, and Death Race was just starting, hadn't seen it before... is what it is, good film... if only the camera would stop still for more than two seconds.

Dear God! Solomon Kane really must be bad if you rate it as average whilst Death Race is good.

Death Race is an utter POS.

Of course, that's giving you the benefit of the doubt that you actually have taste. :p
