What film did you watch last night?

watched the first hour of: This is England 6.5/10

sean meadows. i really didnt like the last one i watched, infact i cant even remember what it was called. this seems much better. some of the scripting is clearly naff but overall quite good
 
Just watched Inception...

First time at the cinema for a few years as most the latest films don't hold my attention (maybe I'm picking the wrong ones)

Inception has blown my head clean off - best film of the last few years imo by a country mile :)
 
Prince of Persia

Inconsistent and unimpressive CGI, lacklustre performances, poor dialogue, slapstick story and they managed to turn Atherton from hot to annoying within 5 minutes.

The Other Guys

Hadn't really heard much about it but went in hating will ferrell in every movie I have ever seen him in really. His loud and LOOK THE **** AT ME acting style I cant stand. But hes great in this film and overall its a very funny movie.

Go watch it. Wont be the sort of film you'll watch again and again but a solid 7/10 imo!

Watched The King of Fighters movie with some friends for a laugh.

Expected a poor film but hoped it'd be one of those films thats so bad it becomes strangely awesome.

Didn't happen, pure garbage(even more so if you've played the games). 1/10

Worst movie ive watched IMO when you consider the cast/director/budget.

i considered Clash Of The Titans the worst till i watched this, then i realised atleast the Kraken looked good in that movie. Prince of Persia is just a **** poor movie in every aspect. id have fell asleep if i wasn't going through insomnia and wide awake at 5am at the time.

One question, was it just me or was that ending completely retarded? it was pathetic, i don't want to hit spoiler territory so id just like to know if you were sat there with a 'WTF' look on your face at how the people who wrote that got paid, no doubt, a considerable amount of money...

finished watching it last night as it happens. was pretty good, not really sure what the message was, or what the ending signified or what the impact on the main character, the boy was as he seemed to walk through the film without any of the pressing issues ever actually effecting him but ah well.
