What film did you watch last night?

The Three Musketeers: Milday - 7/10
I must admit most of my knowledge of the 3 musketeers comes from Dogtanian in the 80s, so I'm not sure how true the film is to the book :D

Saw the first part when it came out and enjoyed it and the 2nd part continues on in a similar vain, and this one throws in a lot more twists and turns but a couple of annoying bits. Maintains what feels like authentic grimey period look.

And I think I understand now why Milady was a cat in Dogtanian, how many lifes has she got? Fell off a cliff in the first one and then reappears without an explanation of how she survived and then presumably a set up for a 3rd film again despite a huge oak beam landing on her in the final battle (which looked great in the fire)

Interestingly, Shawshank was on last night. Can't remember the end as I was nodding off :o can't say I agree with Fellowship though, not in the same league as The Matrix.
dont be ridiculous!
the LOTR trilogy is the greatest trilogy of all time.
i doubt we will ever see anything like it again.

Watched Scrooged the other night, can't believe I've never seen that before, was quite funny!

It's a Wonderful Life and Scrooged are my fave Xmas movies - nobody wants to watch them with me though :( They just want to watch the animated type Xmas stuff ie Polare Express etc - which are good, but there ARE other Xmas movies.

The movie is amazing, but er..........it's all leading to the final scenes and one of the best pay offs in movie history ever.

I don't want start a fight :o but back to the future trilogy is miles better, especially the first film, better than all LOTR combined x 1000.

Mate.

When a friendly chat about films risks opening a portal to another dimension. Event Horizon style.

Fellowship is a top 10 film for me for sure.

Once again, I fell asleep watching the final LOTR film, I'll have to comment on it properly after watching the last bit again.

The last film is by far the best of the three.

Ironically, I have the bookset also!
