What film did you watch last night?

Why?

I watched it last night too.

Awesome film 9/10.

I just didn't like it. Its almost like movie directors have run out of stories and now need to overload films with overly complicated inside-out plots and cgi in an attempt to numb you into submission for 2 + hours. Not my cup of tea at all.

Just finished watching Burlesque tonight. Loved the film and its just great watching Christina Aguilera and even seeing Cher was pretty awesome too and still looks rather tasty and sings really well still.

Anyone who watches it tho will be damning them ostrich feathers part. :D I know i was.

If your a fan of moulin Rouge then ull probs like this.
9.5 / 10

Always love hearing people describe one of the simplest plots in the world as tremendously complicated.

Watched a few films over the last week or so:

Toy Story 3 - 9/10
Inception - 9/10
Buried - 3/10
American Psycho - 8/10
Terminator Salvation - 8/10, the only really stupid thing was the fact that Marcus could have killed John plus Kyle any time when he was alone with them for most of the film :p
The Punisher - 8/10

Watched Salt tonite, it was ok but nothing great and it wasnt bad it was just "ok".

Brings nothing new to action genre imo, just typical politic spy type thing bit like borne but a women version kinda.

5/10

Watched Blu Rays of Toy Story 1&2 over the w'end, Love the Pixar films but this was first viewing of Toy Story, both amazing imo, probably my fave Pixars now!

Also watched 'Black Rain' again, not sure why but I really rate this film, certainly not the best in its genre and it generally garners mediocre reviews but I always find it an emotional ride, I think Michael Douglas is great in this, also love the soundtrack.

The three burials of Melquiades Estrada

Knew next to nothing about this film when I started it watching it and was pleasantly surprised. It does have a Tommy Lee Jones feel about its directing (if that makes sense) and the vibe of the film but that's not a bad thing.

7/10

Grown Ups

i really enjoyed this film , dont normally watch a film more than once ,but i watched this 3 times.

a very underated comedy which i enjoyed so will give it a solid 7.5/10
