What film did you watch last night?

Star Trek - Wasn't expecting much from this film but it exceeded my expectations and I was gripped throughout the entire film and its nice to see a fresh approach to Star Trek with a younger, more energetic cast. 8/10!

2012 - Terrible acting (except woody harrelson), crap story, no character development but some amazing special effects and tbh was suprised how entertaining it was 7/10

Romper Stomper - great film, a very young russell crowe before he went into hollywood films, australias version of american history x 8/10

Notebook

Some soppy chick flick with James Garner. Didn't really watch it but the wife is blubbing like a small child so I think she enjoyed it.

Green Hornet.

3/10

Well that was a waste of an hour or so. Awful awful. Seth Brongan was just annoying and stupid. I wanted the Chinese guy to just kill him and become the hero.

Shame cos Superbad and Pinapple express were very good. Sort it out!!!

Law Abiding Citizen

Saw the tail end of it on Sky the other night and it didn't look as bad as I thought it would be so I went and got the blu ray, some brutal stuff in it, bit of a rubbish story and ending though

6/10

Taking of Pelham 123. It was alright, good acting and the cinematography was good. I just felt quite let down by the ending. I can't say any more than that. Not one I would buy or watch again in all honesty 6/10

The daughter is good looking, but no its based on a Japanese dog and its owner/owners family. Quite a good film, im waiting for the sad part :(

yeah the ending just didn't make sense, travolta's character had the whole thing sorted $$$$ then he just didn't seem intrested in getting away or putting up any attempt

Welcome to the Rileys - A good film for a week day only really let down by the lack of depth to the characters. A little more emphasis to there situation would have made a much more rounded film.
A minor issue i had is i just couldn't disconnect James Gandolfini from Tony Soprano.

Also watched Brick, i liked this film yet finding it hard to find a reason why, it was hard to follow and one step to far away from reality to be believable.
