What have you done to your car today?

Looks good. I think I like the chrome more though.

Got a pic of the whole of the back with the carbon tips? :)

They look good up close but me personally would stick with chrome. If I saw that from a distance I'd think 'ah, clean car.. dirty exhaust tips' :P

I've been searching for a knock... Can't find the bugger.

Only happens when I apply the brakes going forward. It happens once per direction.

To have it happen again I have to reverse and then apply the brakes.

Then go forward and apply the brakes. So on so fourth.

Not anything suspension as I have had the entire lot out, checked and replaced all common bits.

Could this be a brakes issue? I'm happy to work on suspension and engine stuff, but am not keen working on the bits that make me stop lol

@Diagro

"Could this be a brakes issue"...

YES!

Likely something loose or ill-fitting pads. I had it on my Alfa, exactly as you're describing it and it was caused by the pads shifting.

Not done much the past weekend, picked up a new door for the S2000 (the end of the current door I can only assume the previous owner tried to beat up a wall with) and cleaned the fleet :D

Also cleaned my sisters car and put it up for sale for her. Feel free to point out any **** ups I've made in the listing :D https://www.pistonheads.com/classif.../audi-tt-roadster-1-8t-recent-cambelt/7626364 coincidentally I've never felt so uncomfortable in a car as I did driving the TT with the roof down :D
