Wrapped the fake carbon fiber on trim pieces, I personally think it looks much better than shiny plastic with a 'weave' painted on it.

You hope he doesn't? I hope he does, first puddle and he's slamming into a people carrier full of children.... a little over zealous on that one but you get the idea.

Guys, if it makes you feel any better, please know I have these coming this week.

Obviously I know my rears are on their last legs, shipping has taken longer than anticipated, thus why I'm still running such bad tyres.

You must have been driving it for them to wear that low, they don't wear sitting in your garage. Unless you do burnout on your drive! :D

I am only joking, for all I know you could have trailered it to track or something.

They are in that state from a recent trip into Europe, hasn't really moved out of our workshop since and won't be till all planned upgrades are finished.

Took my Corolla into the garage this weekend for new rear discs, pads, and tyres, cost me £280. Asked them if they could have a look at replacing the old rusty cigarette lighter, well they tried, but the one I bought wouldn't fit. Well turns out it was damaged during, as when I tried to put my USB adapter back in it, it got stuck. Well cue me screaming and sweating getting it back out, then eventually when it had, realising there was a huge chunk of metal sticking out inside of it. So I'm crushing the damage back out with a screwdriver, when I realise I've left the ignition on and I have just shorted the cig lighter with the screwdriver. So I blew the radio / cigarette lighter fuse, ordered some spare fuses from ebay, lesson learnt I guess :(

Called Admiral about my renewal, told them I found it £300 cheaper at Hastings (which I did). "Yes, we can match that" and they amended my policy.. Bonus! :D

I'm hoping they will do the same for me. I just had my renewal through and for a Mondeo it's £150 more than I paid last year for the RS6  I seriously have no idea where they pluck these figures from!!!

Welsh roadtrip yesterday, traffic was not great (A5 on the way back especially horrible as expected of a bank holiday), but just look at the scenery and roads. Did want to get some dashcam videos but wind noise and traffic getting in the way did not help...
