What have you done to your car today?

My money is on a MG ZR, ZS or ZT.

Edit... Damn me for having to check pistonheads to see the model names!....
 
An awesome price, that's it really. It's costing me nothing to move from the 75 to it - and the ZS has much lower maintenance costs as I have the kit to do any work myself.

Tax is also less, going to have a look at it sometime soon.
 
O god... Have any of you guys read the ZS boards? Some right muppets on there claiming the 180ZS is a RS/VXR/M3/ST/etc etc killer.

Read a few interesting threads on there that have been linked on other club forums.

Fitted a new battery to it as the old one from new had finally died. A Bosch S5 Silver calcium to be precise. Halfords wanted £90. I paid £66 from a local automotive store.

Isn't your 75 fully loaded, spec-wise, though? And a much nicer car in general than a ZS
 
Today I put my old Series 3 Land Rover up for sale, after putting it off for so long, I don't have time to use it properly with the MGB rebuild.
 
Gave it a proper wash in the rain, it was long overdue and can't stand a filthy car.

Although I seriously want to trade it in for its bigger older brother, B5 S4.
 
Yes that's me. I just wasn't happy with it. Knowing how damaged it was I didn't trust it. Every knock and groan worried me. There was a small suspension fault with it, just a bearing but still enough for me to give it back.

Only cost me £40 in insurance charges so no great loss realy. Ill look for something straight in the spring.
 
Had it waxoiled, new clutch fluid, new drivers side balljoint and alignment checked and adjusted. Spent so much on it the last quarter of 2012 lol

Hmmm, i can't seem to find anything lol. Awkward.....

Links have been posted up on the ST/RS/VXR boards though. They are out there somewhere :)
