Yes - but it's going to take a while to make up the approx 2 grand in my favour at the moment.

Obviously it'll get worse if I make more claims.

I've not looked at alternative renewal quotes yet - but had a good experience with LV. I'd be tempted to stay.

Noticed a headlight out last night so I've ordered a pair of Phillips extreme vision 130%, hopefully I can tell the difference as I've tried a few of the better Halfords ones and they are still quite yellow looking.

I did try and fix my ABS fault last week when I noticed a chaffed wire but haven't managed to sort it, maybe the resistance of the block connector is too much.

Not sure why I mentioned the colour as I don't care too much, just want them to be a bit brighter. Whiter looks better I guess but I'm not going down the blue tinge look as it looks pish.

May have a look at the headlight aim, car is on Eibach springs so should be about 30mm lower, that would restrict how far the beam throw would be?
 
Yep thats right. Though I'm not sure how much it would reduce it. I dare say you could figure it out with the help of our friend Pythagoras if you felt so inclined!
 
Spent the best part of an hour and a half measuring and drilling holes for my number plates as the last ones appear to have been done by a tag team of Ray Charles and Stevie Wonder :p

Dammit front plates suck.

Car is winter ready now.
Full service, Blitz air intake cleaned, Maf sensor cleaned, 4 new IK20 Iridium spark plugs, new Z26 Ceramic Brake Pads all around, brakes bled and filled with Super Blue, wallet as light as a feather, girlfriend moaning
 
What I'm taking away from that photo is that the telephone pole is in a godawful place. Vox man...WATCH OUT PLEASE!
