Looks like it's replacement calipers time then, it may well be the rubber seal around the piston, one of my car mates from work mentioned this also.
No reverse lights working on the Fiesta, so jacked the car up and replaced the switch on the gearbox which is a known issue apparently. Still not working, so I'll just check the bulbs. ********, it was a blown bulb...![]()
Might be a silly question, but what do you do after your fuel tank has been drilled? Is it a simple patch up job?

Luckily it looks like you managed to stop before it seized too badly and the brake pad started melting. Often the first people will know if a seized caliper is when they see the smoke coming from the caliper in which case, the disc is almost certainly done also.
