Summer tyres on again. Keep forgetting just how uncomfortable Audis are with 18" XL tyres

Why is it so hard for Ingolstadt to make cars comfortable on anything other than 16" caster wheels?

Same, my car is getting a little bit of paint at the moment and the guy is touching in some areas of the front alloys at the same time. I would honestly be both quite pleased and surprised if they looked that good!

I never realised how bad any sort of marks look on a light grey wheel before i had these

Mines fine on 19s unless I have the suspension set to dynamic mode (which in itself is fine if you are going for a hoon).

Unfortunately I'm a generation or two behind you without fancy electronics. Lots more steering feel though but then that's expected when you don't have 7mm of wobbly winter tread under you

Yeah I've got one, it's not perfect up close but for an hour and a bit worth of work with left over materials, I'm quite happy! Looks much better than it did before obviously.

It's not perfect, no, but it's a damn good attempt for a DIY job, and the colour match is spot on. Impressive none the less!

New rear discs, adjusted the handbrake (needed tightening after the discs were installed) and gave it a good wash. However, it's too sunny to wax it :/

Took the DA with a medium pad and some 2000 rated polish to the gf's bonnet. Last year a bird crapped on it and scorched the laquer.

Can no longer see it. Woop!

Picked mine up from a little bit of paint - very impressed and it was very cheap as the guys are only just starting out so mucho content.
