what headphones do you own thread - i own dt150's :)

Just bought some SoundMAGIC HP200 from RS, bagged them cheap.
Before I have always bought gaming headsets, I still have a Sennhies PC360 & the Hp200 make them sound like they've come out of a cracker !!! Mainly used for gaming, music & late night movies...
Selling on the PC360 to fund ether a AKG Q701 or K702, cant decide yet ?!

Just purchased a pair of Beyerdynamic T51p, primary use for commuting. Tested on the tube today and I'm not sure these are a decent replacement for my Vsonic Vsd3s £40 in ears :-D.... I'll give them a few more days.

Just got a set of Beyer MMX 300's

Not had a chance to use them properly yet, they are for Xmas from the GF. Did test them etc (and wrap them) :)

SteelSeries White Siberia V1 ;) 6 years still going strong! Although I do want a new headset, but these are still holding up well, I'm actually unsure if it'd even be worth getting a new set!

I decided to upgrade my Beyer Dynamic T90's to a pair of Oppo PM-1's. I'm absolutely staggered at how good they are, they're spectacular!

For those of you with high end headphones, I highly suggest a listen if you can, I'm hugely impressed. Build quality is also absolutely exceptional.

The PM-1's are pretty nice (the comfort is simply fantastic if you're used to other heavier planars) if a little overpriced (I don't really think it's flagship level, more in the same ballpark as the HE-500 and Alpha Dogs). Thankfully if you're in the market, the PM-2 is pretty similar for a whole lot less (priced where the PM-1 should have been in the first place...).

I'll have to see how they compare to the HD800's as time goes by but thus far I like them a lot.

Thankfully, the PM'1 are actually not that stupidly priced in the US, they're $1199 so almost the same as I would've paid in pounds if I still lived there!

Just ordered a pair of Sennheiser Momentum (on ear) for some reason an itch I just had to scratch - been resisting ordering a pair for months :S

Amazingly almost lived upto my expectations... really like the bass presentation on these even if it is a little gimmicky, while they don't have the almost synthetic clarity I'm used to from Sennheiser and the mid is especially more intimate and coloured they still have the signature separation with steel/string tersely picked out, etc.

I have PC360 for gaming, Momentum over-ear for travelling/on the move and the HD650 for critical listening.

Sennheiser household here :)

Very Sennheiser orientated here - while I have some other brands the nearest headphones I have to hand are the Sennhesier MX400 (not really used any more), MX580 (2 pairs for phone/tablet use though probably get the most use of any even get used for generally PC/laptop use), HD600, PC163D (forget I even have them on so great for long gaming sessions), PC333D (mic quality/features far better for competitive gaming but not comfortable for extended use) and now the Momentums.

Hey mrk, what cable are you using on your IE80's? Did you notice much difference? They sure do look the nuts.

They're custom made ones I bought from an eBay seller ages ago, were some £30 iirc, I believe the cable itself is otherwise known as "Zees Audio". There' is not much difference in SQ though, I bought it mainly for the integrated ear loop retainer as I hate the slip on ones and the cable is thinner so less dangly in use.
