I do agree. I do think that the shape has become something of an icon though, and thus could now be conceived as a beautiful car. In many ways most of the classics in this thread like the old ferraris etc are all generic swoopy looking classics, still gorgeous though.

It could be. Diablos are pretty aggressive looking, and they look great.

Porsche Carrera GT prob does it the most for me in terms of beauty, there are a lot of great looking cars such as the Lambo Reventon and the like, but they aren't exactly beautiful

Couple years ago i went to a goodwood track day where i was lucky enough to see imo, probably 3 of the best looking cars ever, all lined up in a row.

Conceived as beautiful I said. So taking something which would not normally be considered beautiful, but you manage to see the beauty in it. Thus you conceive it's beauty, you realise it is actually beautiful. I'm playing devils advocate though. Golfs are ugly in my opinion.
