Yeah, either a travel adapter or take the plug off the end and stick on a 3-pin one. Not difficult.
No, no ... I'd definitely go for the swap over. Can't possibly go wrongI'd say be safe and use a travel adapter DVDBunny - you aren't the most, well "Adept" I would put it from your posts!

Yes one that looks like this; http://img.diytrade.com/cdimg/59624...Universal_travel_adapter_w_safety_shutter.jpgis that the kind where you push the USA plug I have into the adapter and then you plug that adapter into your mains outlet?
lol dvdbunny
Yep usually things which are high power just use motors that are mains powered, so I have a feeling it's gonna go at double speed!I'd be pretty surprised if it works on both 110V and 230V. The kind of stuff that does is usually things like phone chargers, which necessarily incorporate a transformer and work on very low current. Surely including the circuitry for two input voltages would raise the cost of the juicer a lot, particularly as it probably uses quite a lot of current?

If you can link the juicer we can check it for you.
Do you know if I can use that travel adaptor for also powering a PS3 from the USA?
Many thanks
Yes, you can plug your PS3 straight into that with no problems as the PSU inside is universal and can take 110v-240v 50-60Hz.Do you know if I can use that travel adaptor for also powering a PS3 from the USA?

240v...
They use 110v in the US however... You'll need a step-down transformer if you want to make a beef and Stilton smoothy!
What wattage is your juicer?
So basically any electronics product I ever buy in the USA where it's power cable is rated at 110v-240v I can use with that adapter you posted?
No, it depends entirely on the product and what power supply it uses, from my own experience PS3s and PSP adapters both have the ability to take 110v - 240v, so all they need is a plug adapter or the correct cable. For the PS3 you can either get a universal adapter or you can just use a normal kettle lead. Many thanks for your quick reply

Is that the one you own, how much is it, where did you get it from?
Many thanks
