Added a door frame and boarded above it

Painted the board and shelves then added the architrave

Filling / glossing next, then add the door and some moulding at the board and cladding / celing joint and a row of coat hooks and almost done

Well apart from a light in the cupboard, blinds and carpet :p

Yeah has a magnaclean 2 whatever that is fitted also another silver filter looking thing. The boiler was only replaced and
Moved to the loft 3 years ish ago

Unfortunatly this house was wired and plumbed by zippy and bungle, but slowly working my way thru fixing things.

Work like that pipe bending makes me happy I do as much work as I can myself. Even if it takes me 5x as long at least I can be super perfectionist about it and end up with better results than those pictured!

Trouble is you couldnt have done it unless your gas registered, unfortunatly resulting in relying on “professionals”

Also your magnaclean looks to be in bypass mode.... So no water is flowing through it.
Water flows in the direction of the handles, you bypass (point at each other) when cleaning it out/servicing it. After doing that you point them back at the unit.

It does have a known issue of leaking from the lid, so it may have been bypassed for a reason..

Dammit just been up in the loft. Will hve to try turning the handles the other way and see what happens

Edit, just googled and your incorrect they are open and water is flowing thru the filter

Refurbished smallest top opening window in bathroom. Had been left open for years and was completely corroded and seized, no movement in hinges or hardware at all. Had a to demel new slots into the most corroded screws to get them out. Cost me less than £20 to do with spares off Amazon.

Finished last metal frame stud wall and started on the internal wall. Some WPB ply for boxing in and adding service brackets (towel rail and vanity unit above sink). Traced out sink position to make sure all will fit and called it a day after a tidy up. Some light towards the end of the tunnel!

Nice work @Sin_Chase.

I wonder if you or any others have any ideaa on how I could tackle my current conundrum.

I'm revovating my bathroom soon. There are two walls which ill be installing tile backer board on to and will have the bath shower against them and will be fully tiled. The third wall have the sink on it. I'm looking to insulate this wall, but I am usure which method to use. Either insulated plasterboard or insulated tile backer board. But as I am only intending to half tile this wall I am leaning towards going down the plasterboard route as tile backer board, although waterproof, will not be conducive to having a half tiled wall.

Thats my current thinking at the moment anyway.
