What PC games are you playing?

Playing Skyrim again. I feel sad at modern games it feels like we have peaked. Nothing new comes close.
How sad that your peak of gaming is Skyrim of all things

A new release barely touches games from that era.

I think it's all plateaued a bit
Just sounds like you don't really know what you're looking for or what you want in a game

Why is it sad? Sad for who? I only said im playing Skyrim now and that gaming has peaked for me, not that Skyrim is my peak. If you go off time played Civ5 is my most played game. GTAV ive sunk a lot into that but its not my favourite. But recent games havent felt as good to me, i either get bored and dont finish them or i dont ever play them more than once.

Sad for you
It certainly sounded like that's what you were saying by immediately following up with "nothing new comes close"

Just started falconeer. Early days but has potential. Made by 1 guy as well.
Also cost me very little. On offer for barely over £6 On fanatical and I had £2 off £5+ spend with top cashback bringing it almost down to £4

Playing AC Valhalla now. Played half of it when it first come out, but then binned it off cos it hadnt hooked me. But am actually enjoying it now. Played as the guy at first but his voice annoyed me cos he sounded too soft, so started as the woman this time.

Also got the Ghosts of Tshushima dlc downloaded to crack on with on ps5.

Terminator Resistance

Bought this on word of mouth and I'm really enjoying it. One of those rare AA games that we use to get so often in the 6-7th gen console eras. I mean it's rough in spots here and there but in terms of authenticity and faithfulness to the first two films it's a game that was put together so much better than the likes of Aliens Colonial Marine which was made on a budget that dwarfs (shuffled into Borderlands 2 cough*) what was made to make this. I've yet to finish it but as a fan of the films, it's hitting the right notes so far.

witcher 3, and i feel mixed about it, you can get sucked into the world and story, cut scenes are all brilliant, music, setting etc, on the other hand, the controls feel a bit clunky, movement etc, and the combat can get very tedious at times, in my opinion, but im still enjoying the game very much

Skyrim for me is one of the best games ever made. The soundtrack, the quests, the story, the background, the lore, the mods... Need I go on. For me it defined a time in my life and kept me entranced by its world for many years.
