What PC games are you playing?

Baldurs Gate 3 is downloading just now, getting ready for Friday night. Drive home tomorrow via Asda to pick up some bevy.

Diablo 4 uninstalled. Not touched it in weeks. Boring.

I'm still playing the odd round of Battlebit most nights.

You're in for such a treat, just as long as the bevy doesn't take over and knocks you out!

From what I've managed to play it makes me want to come back to it. Unfortunately the crashing has put me off entirely as it happens within 10-20 minutes of play and I'm just repeating the same part each time I play. It only started after leaving the ship at the start..

Hopefully some patches fix it soon. Otherwise what a waste of money.

Have you tried swapping between DX11 and Vulkan?

Been rock solid for me (both api's).

I have and it made no difference. Should probably also mention I'm on Linux (steam deck), so it could be a specific to that.
I hadn't tried playing for a few days and noticed there's been a patch. Tried a little while earlier and it could be luck, but it didn't crash in a good 30 minutes.

Quake II Remaster (N64 Campaign).

Quite enjoying this, it's nice to revisit a campaign that I haven't played in many years.

I don't like the change that was made to the berserker enemy, & its new animation looks a bit daft to me,
though the improvement to the A.I. and pathfinding is, at times, quite impressive. For example, shooting at an enemy,
and all of a sudden, it lies flat on the floor to avoid the incoming projectile.

XCOM 2 WOTC again. Completed it with minimal save scumming on the second difficulty level. Moved up one level and I'm getting murdered. It looks so easy when I watch YouTubers play it on legendary iron-man.
Oddly started WOTC myself recently. Finished the base game and assumed it wouldn't be too tricky. Boy was I wrong.

I am very.much enjoying Far Cry 6.

I go stealth for the first enemy in each base, mess that up and then have to impromptu Rambo the rest of the base. The way it's supposed to be!

I also love the music which sounds like a mix of la Bamba and Guantanamero (aka "Ystalyfera", if you know). Great stuff for running over goons while driving a big truck.
Tanks or silenced sniper rifles are king. There is no in between.

Just finished remnant from the ashes, not a bad game, story is bare minimum and just a way to get you to the bosses really, but overall it was fun and the best bit, it was short so i actually finished it before i lost interest.
Gonna finish deathloop next which im about 2/3 through but i got annoyed with the poor performance on my old system.

American Truck Sim...Taking a break from sim racing, it's a great chilled out game, driving around America starting a Trucking business. Works really nice on triple screens too after a little faffing around. Just waiting on Starfield and Cities Skylines 2.

Well turns out i was right at the end of deathloop so thats another game ive actually finished, im on a roll baby!!! It was a pretty good game, obvious similarities with their other games like dishonoured (another series ive never finished :P) Still lots of secret stuff to find but i cba so ill just google it.
Outriders is next on the list, i remember it was pretty good but ran like crap so i stopped playing it.

Outriders.
Another game i was right at the end of apparently
I enjoyed the story and setting, still ran pretty poorly even with a 4090, ending was a bit weak.
I didn't like the fact you could only use a few skills and if you wanted to try the others you had to make a new character with a different class.

Witcher 3 Wild Hunt. Had it in my GOG library for a while and had been on my list of titles to play so finally made a start. Lots to learn, though managed to get the basics done. Yet to venture into crafting and alchemy.
