Thats a vole, it will die of a heart attack if your not carefull. Just go place it in a non urban area

Oh good god just because it's alive doesn't mean you should treat it any different from *other* stuff found on the street. It might have all sorts and is probably like a hedgehog = covered in ticks and fleas.
