What TV shows are you currently watching

Finally got round to watching Dracula (from the Sherlock team)

Bit all over the place really. Some bits were good but tonally it was a complete mess, like they didn't know what sort of show they wanted to make. Second episode was probably the best. Last had some interesting ideas but felt really rushed and weird. The actress who played Van Helsing was a highlight.

Just started Ted Lasso after constant recommendations from friends to watch it. I hate football so this put me off.

5 episodes into S1, very good and actually quite funny.

I see we're up to S3, anyone know if it was cancelled or S4 upcoming?

It ended with Season 3. Clean ending, no cliffhangers etc. There is/was talk of a spinoff show.

I forgot, I also finished Justified City Primeval S1. Very good (although probably not as good as the original, but what is?) and loved the ending. Clement Mansell was a reasonable bad guy, but just 5 minutes of Boyd at the end reminds you how good he is...

im on last episode of this was hoping it would be as good as original but not even close. 6 out of 10. one ep to go.

Finished the live action One Piece, and as big fans, we think they did a great job! I hope it gets enough views to continue with the next season.

Cracking adaption, lots and lots of scenes lifted directly from the anime. Not sure how they will handle chopper when/if they do the second season.

Finished Painkiller last night. Id obviously heard about the prescription meds addiction issues before but not this particular story.

Its actually disgusting and crazy nobody got anywhere near a suitable punishment

Finally gave in and watched The Last of Us. The infected really grossed me out in some scenes but otherwise I really got into it and enjoyed the show. am looking forward to season 2. I even got a bit emotional when..
Ellie escapes the steakhouse and Joel hugs her and says "its ok, baby girl" :( awww
Although the episodes are an hour long it held my interest the whole way through (sign of a good show when I'm not checking how long is left lol)

On season 2 of Invasion just frustrating that I can't binge watch it all :D

Although was getting mixed up with The Last of Us because they mentioned a town which is the same name as a character in Invasion and I started thinking up theories of where it might be leading until I realised I was merging 2 shows together :o

Looking for something new to start in the meantime. Any recommendations for something similar to either one? Or something you might think is a must watch?

Might start Yellowjackets tonight

George and Tammy on Paramount+. A story about the stormy relationship between George Jones and Tammy Wynette. Despite all their wealth, neither of them were ever happy (he was a violent alcoholic) and she died tragically at the age of 55 after being married 5 times.

I have finally got back onto watching Better Call Saul. I had got a couple of eps into S3 before i stopped so watched a couple of the end of S2 and then S3. Same with Breaking Bad, the first couple of seasons with all the lawyer stuff was getting a bit tedious but when it got more into Mike/Gus/Hector etc it has started to get really good. I liked how they are explaining the backstories and how the characters/scenarios end up where we meet them in BB. I particularly liked the bit with the lab build which has almost finished. Only 2 more seasons to go now. Mike steals the show in his bits, i also like Nacho as well. Great characters.
