I would get an auto Omega over a Tag every single time but as they are both quartz, just get the one you think she would prefer the look of.

Constellation out of those two. But you know every woman really wants a Cartier
I bought my wife an Omega constellation for Christmas; a Cartier was never on the cards in my price range!

constellation is a lovely watch. My wife has a Cartier Santos but thankfully it was a gift from an employer rather than me!
