What watch do you wear?

His name is Jake Bourdeau [email protected]. He does assembly work for 10watches.com which specialise in Sieko mods/custom builds. Give him a shout for the latest price, he's very professional and great to deal with.
Well I emailed Jake and got a reply. He's not got any SKX007's. :( I've replied asking if he expects to get stock of the SKX007 in the near future. If he says no, I'll buy one from Creation Watches.

Well my Raketa arrived from the Ukraine :)

Very happy with it. Perfect NOS condition, keeps time well and looks ace. Just need a beefier strap now, as it's a little small looking (35mm case).

I really like the various compositions the hands create.

^ Not something I'd wear but that Raketa is a beautiful watch .

Just received a skx007k on a jubilee bracelet from creation and I think I'm in love :D Have to say I was pleasantly surprised with creation, would buy from them again.

It's my first auto and brings my collection of Seikos up to 4. Not sure why I have 4 but there's something about Seiko watches, maybe its because my first adult watch was one and 12 years on its still running despite the abuse its received.

Very underrated, take a look at the Marinemaster's or the Grand Seiko range, amazing quality. The Sumo (SBDC003 & SBDC001) is a nice step up from the 007/009. Easily (imo) the best value watch for around £440.

I have a 007 on a super oyster bracelet, excellent watch! :)

To the person who ordered from Creation, did you get hit for any duty when ordering from Creation? I've been after a SKX013 on oyster and SARB035 for quite some time but am worried about having to factor an extra 30% on top.

I'm got a few Seikos, have a SKX013 on jubilee, a SNZH51J and a Spirit SCVS003 plus a few others.

Oh and to the person who asked what the diff between the SKX007K and SKX007J, the former is manufactured in Malaysia, the later in Japan. People who have seen both state that there are no differences between the watches except that that the J will have made in Japan written on the dial.

I won't lie, I have been eyeing up the marinemaster 300. But the fact I can't find a UK supplier and that my missus would bury me alive if I spent that kind of money on a watch prevents me.:(

Where did you get your super oyster if you don't mind me asking?

I honestly don't know yet. I had it delivered to work on Thursday and I'm off till Monday, but i'll let you know if I do.

Cheers for suggestion I'll have a look. How long did it take to arrive?
It hasn't. Yet! I've literally bought it in the last two hours to go with a Seiko SKX007 from Creation Watches that I bought a few minutes before I bought the bracelet. The braclet page doesn't list any estimates for delivery but when I got the email confirmation it said "1-4 weeks".

Once I get both the watch and the bracelet I'll let reply here so you know how long things took to get to me. :)

You won't find them in the UK easily, they're a domestic watch, so limited to Japan mainly.

Although you can find them on the French Seiko site for € 1,999 or a number of Japanese dealers.

There is a seller on the Spanish ebay who has them and a dealer in Indonesia called Kucimo Jahja who is considerably cheaper, I bought mine from him directly. Can't help on the female front, I tend just not to tell mine. Worked so far, God help me if she ever takes a real interest :(

I've just bought mine from the "Seiko150m shop", the owner is "wjean28".

William Jean, he's in Canada, 4-7 working days last time I ordered. Btw, he will give you discount if you join TZ-UK and tell him you're a member.
