What watch do you wear?

i meant is the website real. I know obviously the watches are fakes!

Oh sorry my bad, not sure then, I remember a website that validated other websites but can't remember the name of it though.

Here's some details on the site:

Clicky

I'd stear clear though in all honesty, buying a fake from China going on just a website image and still spending over £100 at least is a huge gamble.

Mmm, am liking these a lot. Are they really decent quality?

precista's are great a real favourite of the WIS. This is their forum:

Quality is genuinely comparable with some really high end pieces. A lot of the designs are effectively homage to historic military or dive watches (not rip offs!) PRS50B is a favourite of mine and on my shopping list. I tried one on recently and it is a very, very well built watch.

It is a UK guy who makes limited runs and doesn't compromise.

ooo, I like the 50B, I like the PRS-3 as well. The PRS-3 (non LE) could become a good daily wearer for me.

+1 for Eddie, the owner of Timefactors/TZUK. I'm a long standing member over there. :)

I have my eye on a Speedbird 3 if I can get another job. :o

Skidders or anyone else thats knowledgable on the subject can you point me in the direction of a few decent watch forums please, preferably ones that have a for sale section so I can see if there are any good second hand offers avaliable before I commit to the CW, thanks.

best UK forum is http://www.tz-uk.com

but you need to post I think 30 or 50 posts to see the sales forum - great sales forum though and great community so worth getting involved

http://christopherwardforum.com/ has a sales section but very low volume, have done a couple of trades through it though with no problem at all - you could place a want to buy message and see what you get

http://www.thewatchforum.co.uk/

another UK forum - RLT watches - I don't participate in that one but may be useful

http://www.timezone.com/

^^more US/ international - format is so horrible I don't bother using it

The first I made myself around a 7750 chrono movement (as used in the majority of modern auto chornos):

That's nice! Out of interest, how much did all the parts cost? Any chance of those links as well? Email in trust.

Thanks

Thanks, Somewhere around £325 to £350 - the chrono movement being the bulk of that. An auto with date around a 2824 can be half that. Will send email now :)
