Ok so there's three different version of the watch mrk recommended

I really am torn about which version to get :( I noticed the last one (probably the best looking out of the three) has a slightly different watch mechanism and the additional ceramic element of the strap but I'm wondering is that worth the extra £600 on top of the other two's price

EDIT

or do i save a few quid and go for a less cluttered dial like one of these as both my Christopher Ward watches have the blue dials.

You are bat crazy if you buy that new. You can get a Seamaster or man on the moon for that second hand.

Insane decision to buy a new longines.

Not everyone follows your same preferences nor does everyone want a used Omega (or even a new one). The sooner you accept that the better off everyone will be :p

Not really too insane when its bought with finance rather than forking out the full whack in one go which is what I'd have to do if i was buying second hand. Plus I'm not overly keen on the Seamaster watches ;)

Haven't bought a new watch since the beginning of the year so the itch is back and I've had to scratch it, just pulled the trigger on second hand Oris Divers Date. Also been a fan of Oris so finally decided to pick one up, fingers crossed it will arrive by the weekend.

Are Fossil a good brand of budget watch? Do they make a lot of the branded watches too, ie Diesel etc?

Looking to get a watch for christmas from my wife, but i don't want it to cost too much. I've seen the 'Fossil Nate Chronograph JR1353' for sub £100, which i like the look of.

OK, so I missed the boat by 50eur on the zenith pilot, but I've spotted a pretty good deal on the limited edition 1903.

I have found another Zenith Pilot Type 20 for about 1k cheaper, but it's not the limited run. Since the 1903 was limited to 1903 pieces, I should totally do it, right?

This will require some sales of my Zeno's I think. Not that it would cover it but it would look better for the lady wife :p

Where do you guys sell yours?

Yeah they make quartz watches for various fashion labels but for that kind of budget you can easily get a nice Seiko from creationwatches although they won't be as outgoing as the designs on most Fossil watches of course, you will however get a better watch with better automatic movement :p

The fake patina is a bit too much for me. That said I wouldn't say no to it, but would prefer one without the fake patina. Apart from that I like everything else about the watch!
