Whats Your BMI?

23.4

Need to lose about 5-6lbs of weight to be free of a gut and the like, then I'm gonna start weights and stuff.

Can't wait till I can get back to the gym to get this plan into action...

For someone weighing 47 kg who is 159 cm tall:
You have a Body Mass Index of 18.59 . This means that you fall into the normal range.

For someone weighing 59 kg who is 174 cm tall:
You have a Body Mass Index of 19.48 . This means that you fall into the normal range.

hurrah :)

You have a Body Mass Index of 25.76 . This means that you fall into the overweight range.

yes because beeing 6"6 and weighing 15.12 stone makes me FAT! , i have a bit of meat on my bones but im not fat i wouldnt even say i was chubby...

if i was a bmi they class as healthy i would probably be stick thin

bmi isn't just about fat weight its about the bodies weight as a whole including muscle, just because you have a high bmi doesn't always mean your too fat .

i think how they measure health is how much weight you can support like your spine and back region.

its a body mass index not body fat index

tbh I'd ignore it as it doesn't take into account muscle mass. Whats your BF?
