What's your "go to" take away order?

Chinese is my go to, chicken chow main and egg fried rice. If I can find a good fried chicken place then that’s my favourite but most are poor I find.

The only option from a 'Boss-Man' kebab shop is a mixed kebab. Lamb shish and chicken donner. Plenty of Chilli sauce. Perfection.

Add on some Cheesy chips if I'm feeling extra naughty

Chicken tikka jalfrezi, plain rice, sag bhaji and chapati.

Sometimes I will swap the jalfrezi out for a naga or vindaloo. I had a vindaloo last night from a new place in Dalston and it was epic, this was surprising since I think a lot of places do a poor vindaloo these days, but this was really good. A lot of flavour and heat.

No vegans so far eh?:D

Checking in ,this is a vegan selection from
my oldest daughter's curry house ,she lives in Faringdon Oxfordshire, need to find the name as it was very hot and very delicious and will be up there next week

My takeaway/fast food menu

Chicken fried rice, curry sauce, sweat and sour chicken balls
or
Chicken madras, pilau rice, mushroom bhaji side dish, plain naan bread and poppadum's
or
Mexican heatwave pizza
or
Big Mac meal with coke no ice and 2 cheese burgers
or
Double Bacon and egg and double sausage and egg McMuffin

Every time. Never changed

I never understood the British love of Indian Curries and Chinese food. Hell, I'm married to a Chinese woman and have tried dishes most people probably haven't even heard of, I still prefer a good ole plate of bangers and mash though.

I think I might be basic? am I basic? I think that's the right word... :D

I tend to just order an extra curry or two when I’m at my favourite restaurants and freeze them when I get home to avoid the disappointment of crap local places.

Often we order Thai delivery.

I don’t like to order pizza, Chinese or Indian for delivery as they’re always disappointing or cold upon arrival and frankly it’s no hassle to just go out to eat at these types of places!

Theres not much love for fish and chips on here!

Its rubbish.

I get this hankering every so often ( I mean years here) and then I have one, then I am instantly reminded why I go for years in between. Just big carbohydrate chips that make you feel bloated, and plain tasteless white fish in batter. I normally slap a whole ton of tartaire sauce all over my fish to make it taste of something.

If anything the smell of fish and chips is better than eating it.

And its expensive.
