When the Gpu's prices will go down ?

I've just pulled a blinding deal with AMD and Sapphire, we are now the only reseller to be at or below MSRP on 6900 XT, from £999 on Sapphire and I am also pulling in the absolutely stunning Toxic Air-Cooled versions at just £1049, or £1099 for H20 cooled.

The support is limited numbers though, but if they sell out keep buying as I've another batch en-route. :)
Very nice Gibbo, cracking deal on the AIO Toxic and Sapphires.

Do you know what happened to the Extreme Edition with the 08 in the SKU number?

That's a great news Gibbo, I wish I could buy more from UCUK but border tariffs took away the savings (and more!) from my last purchase so I'm afraid I'll have to buy from local suppliers.

Amazing price

All the Inno3D has left Hong Kong and should be landing with ourselves late next week.
OcUK should be about the cheapest on every single GPU, we've been pushing hard since February to bring prices down and leading the way. Most competitors are still charging some pretty outrageous prices if you go and compare.

I think it says available mid end Oct on that inno3d link but must be a legacy warning? Great price for a 3070 non FE

as others have pointed out, the prices are as good as they have ever been but at this point in this generations life cycle (as in being top gen) and the what 5 to 6 months time before the new hot and shiny drop the prices are just too much.

and before anyone jumps up and down about todays market, yes the prices for today are getting better but come september unless nvidia and amd really try and screw us on prices they will seem eye wateringly bad.

but yes good job Gibbo on trying to get something more reasonable, now just get us sub £500 3080's :P

There is reasonable and there is dreaming and sub £500 for a 3080 is very much dreaming whilst taking illegal substances lol. As such I’d be willing to bet it will never happen!

i know its a dream, but without dreams we'd still be using oak technologies and matrox cards for gaming :P

Matrox was actually the first to have hardware support for bump mapping, which was a big deal back then!

yeah i remember a friend paying through the nose for one singing how it was the ultimate card. he got very quiet once gaming gpu's kicked it up a notch not that long afterwards.

No need to dream, just fall asleep from tech hunting until the year's end then wake up to Navi 33 & AD103. :)

But I get it, 3080 & 3080-tier are not the same. ;)

Don't know, when miners finally offload their used cards, the retail market will bomb. Happened before, will happen again.

Thing is, as we have said before, the past predictor was saying 'come April...' and still waiting for this flood of used GPU's! Yes there has been a trickle but that is mostly the electric prices jacking up loads with inflation kicking in (not for the reason the prediction was implying).

It will be interesting when it does happen though I will agree.

Prices are hitting MSRP for the first time since 2019, then factor in the 8 million used cards to hit the market in August - yea I think we will see 3080 <£500. its already £700! It's going to be interesting to see how NV price the 4k series given it will be a buyers market.

and the issue with MSRP is miners bought the cards no matter what the price was because it was all profit. It didn't matter. Gamers are different. We won't pay *any* price for a 4080.
