I guess your right, but if i buy it for the 360 on release i wouldnt buy it again for next gen UNLESS it really is mindblowingly good.

I have to admit, I'm pretty damn tired of this generation of consoles. We need something fresh, some freedom and extra definition to game development as the current lot are looking a bit samey and stale.

The only games left on my current gen radar is GTAV (obviously) and Castlevania Lords of Shadow 2 which I'll probably get on PC instead if the reviews are decent.
 
I'm gonna go with buying both, think I'll be upset if I bought just one and a killer game gets released on the other.

Same reason I have a wii U really in the hope that someday there will be a really good game on it! ;D

I'm more undecided, but actually leaning towards the Xbox One, where at the time of answering the poll, I was staunch PS4. Mostly due to the policies MS were thinking of.
 
decided to cancel both my pre orders. Ive hardly played at all the last few months on anything, be it pc or xbox. I still would like to finish the games i have
If the gf wants the xbox she can buy it :p
Just cant justify the cost for the smaller and smaller amounts of time i am actually playing games.

I will still be interested to see how everything pans out however
 
I'm determined to hold off buying either until the end of my final year of university next June. At the moment, I'm 99% sure I will get a ps4 as I want Planetside 2 and FFXIV, plus every time some now information gets released about the Xbox one, it seems to give more of a reason not to get one.

How do you mean? All the new information about Xbox has been good news.

Really? I hate the fact they have now decided to let people trade games, upped the gpu speed and included a headset. I've never been so disappointed in my life. Especially considering the price has stayed the same, I'd of hoped it would have gone up!
