Who designed this piece of rubbish?

I know exactly what Dmpoole is saying, I have the very same bottle of ketchup and it's a nightmare. If I have something like fish and chips, I leave a safe spot on the plate just for the ketchup as it goes everywhere. A few times the chips got completely soggy from the ketchup if I tried to put it straight on.

I thought everyone did the "pool" of ketchup

I've always thought that putting ketchup directly on was wrong, somehow.

At least with the pool you can choose as little or as much as you want.. with the "all over" approach you're damned if you went a bit zealous at the beginning.

Retrain motor functions? Don't know, isn't really that hard. ;)
Does make you wonder how people get by in life sometimes..

Because of your big headedness you now have to post a video showing how you are much better than us who can't do it.
Either that or you own up that you haven't actually tried one of these new bottles.

He's right though, although I thought keeping it in the fridge may have been the difference rather than ham fistedness :)

Erm, think the plastic squeeze bottles are FAR more easier at controlling flow and quantity than the pants glass bottles ones where you have to wait ages and shake it a certain way to get anything out at all..

Am I the only person who thinks that it is marketing stratergy from plastic ketchup bottle company to sell more ketchup? :D

start squeezing from off the plate then as it starts coming out, move your hand across over the plate thus giving you more control.
I pity the fool that has to clear up after you though.

do you guys just squeeze and look shocked and not stop? lol

:D:D:D

Ive never had any trouble with them bottles and find they're perfect for the application of ketchup to hotdogs.

I hate tomato ketchup on anything bar hot dogs and burgers. I only dip my chips in chili sauce and maybe HP:).

Dont squeeze when bottle is straight use a 45 degree angle or even just do it sideways. Works best imo.

Or learn from this kid lmao.

i always buy tesco's own ketchup, you don't get that horrible water on the surface that you get with heinz, and the taste is almost the same

Maybe a crosshair?

Seriously though, much better than those old bottles you get where you have to jam a knife into it when you first open....they anger me

If your really a noob at it take the cap off and use a knife to spoon it out and spread that way. But really come on is it THAT hard.

To true....I find it so hard to control. You squeeze it carefully, slowly applying more pressure, yet nothing happens. Then you apply that little bit more and it just explodes all over your meal
