Porridge - you can get it in sachets now which is a life saver, I always used to end up with thick or runny porridge. Found that if you empty the sachet into the bowl, then fill up the sachet with milk it comes out just right :)

I cant believe people are mug enough to buy this stuff. You can get a 1kg bag of oats for 50p. 4 heaped table spoons of oats, 250ml of milk and 2 mins in the microwave. Job done. :)

I have to have breakfast other wise im going to be starving for the whole day. I usaully have 4weatabix and two slices of toast or a fry up if im up a little earlier. I really do think breakfast is very important to have.

It's easier, no measuring and they even put bits of raspberry in for me :D

And it takes more than 2 minutes to make porridge from oats, always takes me 10-15 mins on the hob.

I didn't used to but under advice in the Diet thread I have started to have breakfast every morning.
The thought of it used to make me feel ill but now i'm into the routine of having it, i definatley feel loads better for it!

I never used to bother with breakfast, other than a mug of tea. I got up one morning a couple of months ago and was absolutely starving, so I made some porridge before I went to work. I was concerned that I'd be sitting at work with a full stomach feeling sleepy as a result, but quite the opposite, I was amazed at the difference it made to my energy level over the course of the day and I've made it part of my 'morning routine' ever since - 2 mins in the microwave with milk and sugar. It feels odd if I *don't* eat when I get up now ...

As mentioned, thats what microwaves are for! :p

Throw some dried chopped fruit and and some honey and youre onto a winner.

It usually takes me about 3mins in the microwave in the mornings.

I can't go the day without my brekky. I've been brought up since I was little to always eat breakfast and its stuck with me that it is the most important meal of the day. I always have to eat something when I wake up or else I feel really hungry by midday, lose my concentration and can't do any work. Have done it a couple times when I've been late for work but by midday I wish I hadn't. My gf never used to eat breakfast, said she was never hungry in the mornings. I managed to get her to start eating breakfast and she says she feels loads better for it in the day now... She also said she'd lost weight since eating breakfast in the mornings, not that she was fat in the first place though!

Can't miss the old breakfast :o

2 -4 slices of beans on toast for me washed down with diet orange tango and a nice cup of tea before I head off to work.

On the odd occasion maybe 3 weetabix with milk/sugar.

And no I'm not a fat porker!!

Oats-so Simple..2 mins in the microwave and thats your breakfast sorted! Thats what I do at the weekends and as oats provide slow release energy they keep you going for longer than toast etc.

Having said that, one of the perks of my job is taking a team breakfast every morning at 9:30 in the canteen across the road. Scrambled eggs on toast, 2x sausages and 2x plum tomatoes for £1.90..bargain! It means no work really gets done until 10am either!

Another cop-out - get some proper oats ;) :D

I've taken to buying oats (which has to be Mornflake) in 2 or 3kg bags, otherwise I keep running out.

Whilst they cook in the microwave, I can make my sandwiches for the day.

Never EVER missed breakfast in my life. Always eaten it whether I was fat or thin. I sometimes wake up with hunger pain in the middle of the night so have to eat something to get back to sleep. Can hardly go 3-4 hours without food.

I dont normally, but bagels were buy one get one free in tesco so I got a couple of packs and some philadelphia.

I don't know if theres some awesome thing to have for breakfast, but I don't normally bother, as I cant find anything I particually like or isnt very time consuming to make.

I have some milk, and maybe a packet of crisps while cycling to uni :p
