I love breakfast. It is to me the most important meal of the day. It kick starts my brain/body for the day. Always have a couple of slices of toast with jam/honey depending on my mood. A small bowl of porridge. An apple or a banana. Fruit juice. Possibly a yoghurt or some nuts too. If I have time I'll make some eggs instead of something else. Washed down with a cup of coffee. Perfect!

Basically, as described by the title: Who here eats breakfast?
I'm just wondering because the first time in ages, I actually ate breakfast this morning even though I wasn't hungry. I usually don't eat breakfast because I just can't eat when I wake up unless I've got hungry during the night. If i'm not hungry; it's a struggle.

I've also heard that eating breakfast is a good way to lose weight as it kick-starts your metabalism for the day. Any know if there is any validity to this?

... So, who here eats breakfast, who doesn't and who is the same as me in regards to being one who just can't manage breakfast?
getting up at 5:45 for work each morning i often forget to eat breakfast, though its odd as when i do eat brekky im usually feeling sickly by about 9am... weird!

Usually if I don't eat breakfast I can go right through till dinner without feeling hungry. Meh.

Porridge - you can get it in sachets now which is a life saver, I always used to end up with thick or runny porridge. Found that if you empty the sachet into the bowl, then fill up the sachet with milk it comes out just right :)

Bingo, Oatso Simple for the win quite clearly. Particularly their Porridge with Syrup. Can't be beaten :)

Grapefruit every day. I feel most hard done by if I don't get my grapefruit. If I have time porridge, but thats more of a cold weather weekend thing. None of that sachet rubbish either!!! Scotts porridge oats, if it's worth doing it's worth doing properly.
