This. Rears do about 30% of braking force. As long as everything is tip top it isn't really needed.
Is that a good idea? Afaik, the exhaust needs to vibrate and move about otherwise this is going to work it's way back towards the engine causing cracks along the pipes and other problems. Mine shifts to the right when warm which would cause torsion if it couldn't.
Sockets in the bottom courner tend to work, or as I've said numerous times on here you can actually move the mounts the exhaust hangers attach on to.
Not replace the mount?
How much am I looking at to get wheels put on tyres and then on the car?
Seriously? Just ring up a tyre fitters tomorrow morning and ask them.
Next it'll be, hey guyz whats the bestest colour socks to wear whilst driving?![]()
SS, whats the size of the front plate you used to get it to fit in the recess with an even gap around it?
I highly recommend turtle wax ice aswell, fantastic deep shine finish to it and it lasts for ages. You should be looking at £8-10 per wheel to get fitted and balanced.
Are you taking the rubber off your 182 wheels and putting them on the turinis?
