Squirrel .. i guess that was you I was following back from twells and then that blast down newick lane at light speed ? Love that straight that goes down hill into a sort of very slight s bend get some speed up down there 
Although that road does hold a grudge against me as just when you finish on that straight and go round that left bend and just before you go sharply back up the hill i crashed my first car (mini) when i was 18!
Good crack though.. I was practically running on fumes and went to esso to fill up then back to rotherfield as had just come back from mercedes world! Had an epic blast around ash down forest this morning aswell..so many cyclists though

I spotted his car today as well parked outside my local pub literally half a mile up the road from my house!

WTF? How random! I thought maybe you'd be on CS, but not on here 
I'm surprised I didn't crash a few times actually because I spent most of the time looking in the rear view mirror at your car. It's not often I get to see one pretty much the same as mine driving behind me and I was like "Ohhh, they look pretty sweet don't they?" haha.
I was driving like a bit of a bell actually, but hey ho.
Did you notice the white Clio in front of me? Had some blonde girl in it, don't think it was a sport but it looked and sounded quite nice.
Outside Cassidys in TW? Or up in Langton Green? I was up at The Hare for lunch then down at Cassidys to watch the first half of Arsenal v Liverpool with some friends

The clips are fine, the rubber boot itself has split so the whole thing needs to be replaced
.Im on cliosport too as the same name but havent posted on there too much yet.. its more of a problem solver for me!
I was doing the same looking at the back of you car thinking they look tidy round the bends... and also noticing the rear arb which looks periously close to the ground but I guess being directly in line with the wheels is very hard to bottom out/scrape?
Didnt see the driver in the white (2.0 197 the 130bhp one?) but if it was a girl then kudos to her driving haha!! I'm still trying not to push it too much as I have yet to change my front ditch finder tyres which gain understeer rediculously easy, but at least if your steady on the throttle is very easy to predict and judge when your going to start sliding off the road

The Hare in Langton, I saw it parked just down the road from the green. I was actually planning on going in there but couldn't find a parking space and couldn't be bothered to walk.
