Looks silver to me.
Looks like its been stolen from a photographer to me
Looks silver to me.
Mike (alexisonfire), am I right in thinking you have a DA polisher? If so, I wondered if you wouldn't mind sorting my headlights out for me for a few beer tokens (or money!) one weekend. Obviously I'll come down to you, and we can go for a blast around the South downs and do some photos or something.
Haha, it can be innuendo if you want, haha!
Ah right, I thought it was yours. Now I think of it, I might just buy one because I would love to do mine.
Things that are annoying me about my car right now which I need to get off my chest:
- Stone chips on bonnet
- Stone chips on bumper
- Little nick on bumper where paint is missing
- Wing mirror scuff, paint removed from it, been like it since I got it
- Exhaust pipes sitting about 0.5-1cm too low for my liking
- I can't decide if I need spacers or not
- Swirl marks
- Dirty wheels
My exhausts are ******* the **** out of me atm, stupid crappy mounts don't do **** all. I want to get some of those uprated ones but iirc they are like £50 each?I bought some genuine Renault ones and they broke the next day. I got quite a few stone chips from the car control day i did couple weeks ago, the road condition was terrible. Luckily being silver, they don't really show up, plus i look at them as medals, or man points
If you wanna come down and do the whole car, i'll give you a hand, i did mine on my own and don't wish that pain on anyone![]()
Also i just noticed, is that frost? They've had that car a while![]()
Good Afternoon
Thank you for your enquiry ref your Clio.
The price of our AmD remap and Milltek exhaust would be £632.18 inc vat, with FREE fitting on the exhaust too. You are correct that the de-cat system would fail an MOT, so is essentially not road legal.
The figures we gain from the remap are about 8bhp and the same in torque. This also includes a road test with data logging to start with to make sure the car is performing as it should and there are no problems. We then carry out a before rolling road run to test standard power. The car is then mapped on the road as well as the dyno to suit your car. After this we finish with a final rolling road run so you have a print out of before and after power.
All though the figures are not that high on naturally aspirated cars it’s more about the improved drivability and throttle response. The car will have a lot more get up and go as well as feeling quicker through the rev range.
Could someone please verify that it is a cat-back system that I want? I want a new 'exhaust' so to speak. I don't need a 'full system' do I?
Thanks
