My old one Miss that car.
Owners of BMW 7 Series / 5 Series etc etc would say that it isnt possible to live with a clio 182 on the motorway. The lack of huge leather seats and climate control means its simply NOT possible ....
Well, I don't own one but am intrigued by the fact that so many people seem to like them.
What are the downsides of these cars? Noisy on the motorway? Dodgy build? Rattly trim?
na I've not posted proper pics anywhere yet, waiting until I've finished detailing it all, only about half way through as I can't find the time lately
so thats about 26 layers?
well it was but I discovered a spec of dust, using my paint gauge I worked out it must be under layer 3, so I isopropynoled the car back to its bare paint and started again
A non cup/trophy 172/182 does indeed have climate control.
And don't forget those rare cups that had it as an option
A non cup/trophy 172/182 does indeed have climate control. However its not dual zone which is vital these days
.
polo gti, I have done a bit to it but with a remap alone they are 200bhp+
from 150?
The trophy does not , just plain old aircon
As Jeremy Clarkson says "like being breathed on by an asthmatic"
It's not that bad, the phase 1 172 is 'only' aircon as well and it's nice and chilly
Wifes needs a re-gas i reckon. Anyone tried those DIY kits from Halfords?
Has anyone managed to get decent insurance at 19 on one of these. I really like the 172 but insurance is proving a bit of a pain.
I have 2 years NCB
