Retail from Renault for the V6/Trophy stuts is something ridiculous like £200 per strut. BMW 1 Series bonnet struts (which are exactly the same) are about £10 a pop.
ph2 172 and 182 airboxs are the same yes, a ph1 172 has a different design airbox.

I blame cliosport for how little these cost though, everytime I see a 'what's it worth' thread they drop it right down. Cliosport forum basically dictates how much they are worth too.

130k, clutch and gearbox on borrowed time, dented boot, shoddy bucked wheels, assortment of random broken things. Makes a good track **** through.
I like that they are cheap. If I need a semi decent car for non track work I will look at a 182.
