Who here owns a Renaultsport?

I've seen decent enough 197s for 6.5k upwards, but none really below 6k.

Still, they are coming down nicely :)

DC5 is the top hatchback though. M3 is in another bracket.

I suspect high mileage, but the car is barely 4 years old, so I'd say mileage is mostly irrelevant and actually a plus point if it knocks the price this low.

I think I'll give them a call tomorrow and get the story - they are very close to me, too (albeit still on the other side of the water).

Prices are coming down nicely now. Can't wait to see the prices in 1.5 - 2 years time when all of the 200's that have recently been purchased on the 'Lookers' deal go on sale.

I can't see most people getting anywhere near as much as they hope to get on these due to the amount that have been sold recently.
 
Quick query for you all as we're in the 172/182 Thread :)

A workmate txted me tonight saying he slammed his 172 into a Fiesta on ice over christmas, fortunately all is fine aside from a partially shattred front bumper, he wasn't sure how much he should be looking at for a new one?

Also, he was thinking of changing his rear bumper to the cup bumper, which would mean needing the twin exhaust exits too, would this be a whoel new system or just a section? Any ideas on prices?

I reckon about £200 for the bumper second hand and £150 for a respray.

The 172 Cup rear bumper doesnt come with the dual exhausts, that was the 182 so any PH2 172 rear bumper would fit. Would need a respray again too.
 
Not to sure on the price of a bumper, I would say about £50-100 for a second hand one depending on condition.

The exhaust would be a whole system and it's very expensive (about £1000 for the lot) but it obviously won't fit if it's not the 2.0ltr engine RenaultSport engine.

EDIT: As above, a 172 bumper would be fine!
