Acme money so probably £5k for a £2k shed. Acme if you're after a Subaru there's loads about. There is a wrx round corner from me buy a reputable guy who sells cars. It's a blue one with gold alloys think it's a bug eye. Bit expensive at £3750 or whatever it was but does look clean and has decent history. You can find it on the bay.
You could probably get decent money for your corolla and not need to put much ontop for a sub.

Get the most standard, unabused example you can find. Who cares if it doesn't have gold wheels, or a massive spoiler. Too many of these cars end up with questionable mods because "Scooby innit"
