Acme, you're not asking a lot are you! You'll have to spend a lot more than 2k to get a Scooby to 60 in 4 to 5 seconds. Stock WRX is more like 6.5 IIRC, but you do get the torque surge which makes it feel fast and of course, the flat 4 noise.
Well an sti or wrx is perfect then. A golf r would be way too fast as they do 0-60 2.3msI just want something with a turbo which will get me to 60 in the 4's or 5's. Had three cars now which get to 60 somewhere between 6.5 and 7 seconds, which I'm bored with. And I've never had a turbo petrol!

I could probably get something which does 0 - 60 in 4 seconds about 5 times before it blows up for 2K, but I certainly wouldn't expect any car that quick for that amount of cash...

I'll remind you all that my 2.5 has gone faster than the lot of you... But not as fast as my 2.0 though
