Lot of torque for that power?
Doesn't make sense unless its rev limit is very low.

Low rev limit? My 2.5l WRX hits 282BHP with 350lb/ft. Turbo kicks in at 1500 rpm with full boost at 2500rpm and dies at 5500rpm. Don't know if thats a low rev limit but it's certainly fun to drive.
Do you have a rolling road printout? Usually the best way to get very high torque is to get it at the top of the rev range, or at least dial it back at lower revs. But I believe it can be done other ways. Also, what turbo if it's dropping out at 5500rpm? Or has the wastegate been programmed to open early?
What were Subaru thinking when they fitted the poor as **** headunit![]()
They were thinking that fitting any sort of aftermarket exhaust system would negate it anyway, mine is never on!!![]()
Around £400-£450 for a geniune from an approved garage and £200-£250 for none geniune from a none approved garage.
That includes the tension rollers, I would suggest you do them at the same time.
..well thats me not getting another Scoob...
I've just had a major shocker, just rang the insurance (and others) to get a quote, this was not mentioning any mods.... £1169.
This is at 32 years old and maximum NCB, no points. Nothing has changed since I last owned one.
Teething issues..

I seem to have lost boost! Now only boosting till about 8psi and staying there I have been giving it some stick but they are designed for that!
