Who owns a Mondeo ST220 / ST TDCI?

From a standing start only slightly due to being RWD. Once moving there's not much in it.

And the V6 is so smooth Marvin Gaye would be jealous. It's identical in delivery to the BMW |6.

To be honest though as much as it pains me to agree with DannyW I did find the ST220 a bit lacking unless you really drove it quite hard. Not night and day stuff though and not enough to justify selling it in favour of something else just on that one point.

I didn't find much difference at all in the ST220 and 330i (I assume E46).

He's doing it wrong if he can't shake a diesel Golf. It's DannyW, everything he says is utter ****. Apparently my ST220 is a poor example because of a little bit of wear on the seat bolster :confused:

Get the mk1 saloon 2.0

Mine had rust appearing on the rear arches when it went, and the spare wheel well was rotten too.

your comparing turbo to non turbo

the 2.5t will probably have nice low down power and mid range and die out at the top, i prefer that power delivery for driving on uk roads thats why i didnt like the st220 had the trash the thing hard to make it move thats probably why so many st220 spares and repairs on ebay
