Why did it have to end so soon :(

He's already called me a homo. :(

But its true Jonny5 is a blatant trolling fanboy. Who clearly is either too stupid to see past the sony hype (I wont use the word propaganda).

Or he is just ignorant to the fact the main difference in the two consoles is not power but development time. the 360 owners are probably waiting for the Sony version to be made. Damn simultaneous release :(

But there is a new patch and gametype soon, so I hope to lure the heathens back to the right game. ;)

:) Yey, we can't really critise a game that had us playing for about 5 hours each night for about 5 weeks!

I still play it now, just an easy game to put on have a quick bash on MP and then go out, I'll never sell it and I'm looking forward to an update. Like any game there is bad points to it but thats like anything.

I completed SP/S-Co-Op about 3 times so it seemed like a long game to me! :p

But krono... I say that because you are a homo :p

GoW was a very short game but I really like the short round based multiplayer and really look forward to the sequal simply for it's multiplayer and coop modes :)

now if it had a bluray drive :)

It woulda been the same bloody game, albeit loading ass slow as only the blu-ray drive can do.

It had nothing to do with capacity on the disc, ms needed a big name game to coincide with the ps3 launch and that game was gears. It HAD to be done by that time so obviously not everything they thought of could make it into the game.

And that is why the PS3 will sell well..

I better clear this up, not because of it's 'POWA', but becuase gullible planks who just have zero understanding of technology and 100% believe anything that Sony Say..
I understand enough about technology to know it moves on at a fast rate and I do beleive that MS made a mistake with sticking to DVD9. I'm not saying they should have gone BD or HD-DVD, I just think they didn't forward plan enough.

Am I missing something?

Because I don't see the problem with using more than one disc (If absolutely necessary).

I keep arguing this point.
Final Fantasy VII, Final Fantasy VIII, Shenmue.

I wish they allowed you to install your own hard drive and then install huge games to the hard drive ala PS3, although we wont need to do that for a good year or 2.

MGS was 2 discs on the PS iirc.

Sure, one disc is slightly better, but only by the smallest of margins and only so lazy people don't have to get up and change the disc once during 20 or so hours.

It's a complete non issue imo.

Whats next after that? Full Graphics and Sound customization?
Installation of games on consoles is already a step in the wrong direction.

Panzer Dragoon Saga is spread over 4 disks. The only thing I didn't like about changing the disk is that it meant I was that much nearer the end.

Example?

I didn't come across much better than the generic offerings earlier on.
The HAILSTORM, i think its called, that fires out that grenade that hovers in the air, then fires out those spikes that decimate any thing in ther blast range, is good fun, gotta admit though, that blobby mine layer contraption is pants,, but good for a laugh,, oh and the sniper rifle, that slows down time, so you get all those great slow mo, blood spurt kills ;)
