Willow: TV Series

Willow is timeless if you can get past some of the special effects.

Better written than the modern pap that we keep getting.

Why is nobody talking about this?

Disney launch 30/11/2022

It’s been there a while, but I’ve not got round to watching it yet! Working from home so will stick the film on in background as not seen in ages and can’t really remember it at all!

I watched it and its as bad as you’d expect - dont have much hope for the series..

Why, explain? The film was great!
Just seems like low budget medieval style star wars rip off - warwick davis is cringe and val kilmer is clearly taking the mick.

Having said that the telegraph gave the series 4/5 and it has an unexpected character sort of return..

Hmm hmm hmm

Still prepared to give this a few episode's.

But still seems very much Disney 2018-2021 in the worst way's.

Wouldnt call Willow a timeless classic. Its an ok perfectly forgettable fantasy romp elevated by Val Kilmers comic timing and chemistry with Joanne Whalley.

Series seems a bit meh so far. Warwick Davis acting still isn't amazing
