It could be the injured hip has finally stopped him.
Can't believe Murray and Nadal are out. Really don't want Roger to win so I guess it's all down to Novak now.
Murray couldn't do nothing with that injury. Hip injuries are career killers. He's already 30, I don't think I can see him getting over it enough to return to his previous levels tbh. Shame.
Agreed, he's a fantastic example of a British tennis player. He'll go down in history as an all time great player either way.Even if his injuries have reached a point where he needs to retire from the game, he's got a lot to be proud of. Two Olympic gold medals. Two Wimbledon titles.
Novak is a beast of a player, money would be with him!
I would like Federer to win only to create more history, to be the first player of all time to win Wimbledon 8 times.
If Muller wins his current match against Cilic, I think he could be the dark horse to win the championship.
Does anyone think Querrey has a chance of winning?
Even if his injuries have reached a point where he needs to retire from the game, he's got a lot to be proud of. Two Olympic gold medals. Two Wimbledon titles.
Very much so. While not the same level Nadal, Djokovic and Federer reached, for a British male tennis player to achieve what Murray has, is quite something really. After 70 years of nothing, it looked like it would never happen.
