I bought Macrium for incremental backups. Differential backups are fine in the free one, but aren't at all quick. Frankly it's worth the money - in hindsight I'd be happy to pay for the free version to be honest.
I've tried a couple of free ones on friends PCs but there was always a problem - EaseUS couldn't even restore a basic image, it just sat there doing nothing - I just stick the Macrium free one on their PCs now for peace of mind.
With Windows 10 you need to create a dedicated (USB) boot up stick if I recall which is somewhat specialised.
I'm not sure if you have multiple (Windows 10) machines if you need to create a Macrium boot up stick for each PC, or if one can be used across them all!?
. Everything in the Start Menu is run by simply pressing the Windows key and typing the first few letters until it comes up in search, then hit enter. Even thats rare, most things are pinned to the Task Bar.
