Microsoft plans to use artificial intelligence to detect and offer the update only to devices known to be compatible to minimize problems during the rollout. Then as the new version has been tested further, it’ll be available more broadly.

Nah 19H2 not there for me yet either, just got the Malicious Software Removel Tool, and another cumlative (KB4517389), which have gone in fine

Anyone on Ryzen getting this through the Windows Update ?

I don't know what it is for, but it has to be downloaded (as ive got the Yellow Triangle back, with the exclamation mark, so i can't do any more updates, until i install it), Status :- Pending Download, Download Ready, and the Download button to hit.

EDIT:

Gets mentioned in a post on here, a GPIO Driver.

yesterday I also got a AMD GPIO driver update which updates one of the GPIO devices to version 2.2.0.121, while that chipset driver contains version 2.2.0.116
