Microsoft Has Already Finalized Windows 10 2020 – RTM Expected in December
To break all of this down...
    • v1909 release for the public is expected in the next two weeks
    • version 20H1 is internally finalized and will reach RTM status in December
    • version 20H2 previews should start coming to the Fast ring in the next two weeks
    • version 20H2 will RTM in June, 2020 probably being the first Windows 10X version

It makes you question why they are even bothering to release 1909 if 20H1 is going to be released shortly afterwards. Very odd.

20H1 will be released in June 2020, 20H2 will be released in November 2020.

They might need to do that depends what they have in the pipline for the next one. They will have a path they are going down and there might be some pre-requisites.

Windows 10 20H1 users will no longer be able to delete files in the Downloads folder using Disk Cleanup tool - MSPoweruser
Finally, it was a ridiculous idea to begin with anyway. To actually roll it out to users was even more stupid of MS.

"Windows 10 19H2 will include optimizations to how instructions are processed by the CPU in order to increase the performance and reliability of the operating system and its applications.
When a CPU is manufactured, not all of the cores are created equal. Some of the cores may have slightly different voltage and power characteristics that could allow them to get a "boost" in performance. These cores are called "favored cores" as they can offer better performance then the other cores on the die.
With Intel Turbo Boost Max Technology 3.0, an operating system will use information stored in the CPU to identify which cores are the fastest and then push more of the CPU intensive tasks to those cores. According to Intel, this technology "delivers more than 15% better single-threaded performance"."

Yeah just appeared after the restart for me too :p

    EDIT: and shes on :)

Had a heart in mouth moment after the restart though, came up with the usual configuring, don't turn off, then instead of it configuring, it just came up restarting again, and restarted, so thought, oh no!, boot loop!, but after she restarted, she just quckly came up configuring again, and booted! :D
