Yup, delayed due to the obvious, as with it requiring a complete re-install of windows, they don't want to risk it borking millions of machines around the world, as they're needed at the moment, with everyone being stuck at home on em etc...

Ive not had any problems with the updates so far, but this one, im expecting a hosing

1) Can I install this as an update rather than a clean install
2) If I install this insider build, will I need to re-install Windows when it officially goes live?

- I have the latest DX12 Ultimate drivers from NVidia so willing to give it a shot to try out Hardware Scheduling

I believe yes to 1 and no to 2 but hope someone more knowledgable could confirm.

I have been on the release preview since 1909 and did not need to do a clean install or reinstall windows. For all intent and purpose the release preview is as will be distributed on a wider basis next month.

I am waiting for the AMD WDDM 2.7 DX12 Ultimate drivers myself.
